Supporting our community, together
Pride in London has held long ambitions to give back to the LGBT+ community by way of a fund. In 2020, we were proud to launch the ‘Pride in London Unity Fund’ with £50k. This fund is designed to build stronger communities by supporting LGBT+ grassroot organisations in London whose work improves and changes the lives of LGBT+ people.
We delivered our first round of funding in 2021 with one off grants to ten organisations that are advocating for, addressing the needs of and providing support for LGBT+ people 365 days and in times of crisis.

Last year, as part of our ‘Proud of Pride Plan’, Pride in London committed to growing this fund to £100k and we are excited that in just a short few months this fund has grown to £130k.
We are now opening up to a second round of funding. As we look to support new creative projects, we are are keen to hear from organisations that are led by Queer POC or involve Trans and Non-Binary people, LGBT+ women and those that are on the frontline in supporting LGBT+ communities during a crisis or major incident.
In order to apply for this grant programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
LGBT+ (grassroot) organisations that are advocating for and addressing the needs of LGBT+ people within London.
LGBT+ organisations operating with a yearly budget of not more than £100,000 pounds. Established as a Charity, Community Interest Company (CIC) or Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). If neither, consideration can still be given, but applicants must be able to provide evidence of six month continuous activism and have a fiscal sponsor.
Able to provide a suitable plan on the use of the funding (and for the avoidance of doubt, the funding should be aimed at the delivery of a LGBT+ specific program or activity).
